chromatography medium is utilized.
The degree of protein purity depends
on your specifications. All steps
from capture to intermediate and
polishing can be carried out.
In order to preserve protein structure and
thus function, values are set to eliminate
risk of harsh conditions. The elaborated
purification protocol is devoid of the use
of detergents, denaturing agents or rough pH values.
The purified end product is either delivered frozen or dried for immediate use.
